The last 2 times I bought a gift for one of my nieces, I purchased things that she had already received for that occasion! So for her last birthday, I actually made her something to ensure that it would be unique! Her mother liked the clip holder I made for my daughter, but she wanted it more for bows than for clips. Here is the one I made for my daughter.
So for my nieces, I decided to use 3 stems to allow for more storage. I also decided to put flowers on the pot instead of dots. I really like the way it turned out!

Bow Board

I made my niece a bow board this week for her first birthday! I had made her a collection of hairbows and it just didn't seem right to send all those bows without making something to store them on. So I made my first bow board. I really liked the way it turned out; I just hope it goes well with her room decor! It's a rather small holder, but sufficient for the small bows, which her mother prefers. I found the directions for the bow board here. Gotta love free directions! :)
